Who you buy from

When you buy an Optimagus product, the seller is our reseller and Merchant of Record, Polar Software, Inc. (Polar). They handle the checkout, payment, receipts, VAT and refunds under their buyer terms. We provide the product itself under our terms.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, email [email protected] first. We'd rather fix it.

If we can't agree, consumers in Norway can contact Forbrukerrådet for help, and the case can go to Forbrukerklageutvalget. Consumers elsewhere in the EU or EEA can get free help from their European Consumer Centre.
